Current and former Oklahoma leaders joined everyday citizens in paying respects to former Gov. George Nigh as he lay in state at the Capitol.

In an opening prayer, Oklahoma County Commissioner Brian Maughan sought "a special hand of comfort" on Cleo Fields' family and everyone who knew him.
