The actor, best known for his role on "The Cosby Show," tragically drowned off the coast of Costa Rica on Sunday.

Mr. Warner, who played the only son of Bill Cosby’s character on the beloved 1980s sitcom, drowned in Costa Rica.

Karen Malina White played Charmaine Brown, friend to Cosby cousin Pam (Erika Alexander) on both The Cosby Show and its spinoff series, A Different World. White also dated Warner for seven years, beginning in the late 1990s.
