LeBron James seems to be growing more and more unhappy with the current trajectory of the Lakers. This could very well mean a trade, in this proposed trade, he pairs up with one of the best big men in the game.

The Lakers have indirectly made it clear that they're now building their roster for and around Luka Doncic and not LeBron James.

"When the Buss family agreed to sell a majority stake in the franchise to Mark Walter on June 18, Doncic was given a heads-up and notably posted a congratulations on social media afterward. After the publication of this article, sources said James was notified of the sale, via his representation. But he did not post any public acknowledgement."

LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers didn’t have the ending they had hoped for this past season. After trading for Luka Doncic, the team lost in five games to the Minnesota Timberwolves in the first round of the playoffs. James finished the series averaging 25.4 points, 9.0 rebounds and 5.6 assists per game.
