The Jefferson Hills Police Department said in a post on Facebook that first responders were called to Route 51 around 6:20 a.m. for a three-vehicle crash. Officials said a tractor-trailer and two pickup trucks collided along the 1400 block of Route 51.

Two Faulkner County deputies were injured in a high-speed rollover crash while responding to an emergency call involving an officer from the Vilonia Police Department being assaulted and his patrol vehicle stolen, but both deputies are now in stable condition and expected to make a full recovery.

A woman was killed Friday morning in a multiple- vehicle accident on Route 51 in Jefferson Hills. She was identified by the Clairton Volunteer Fire Department as Kayleigh Brosius, a probationary firefighter with the department.
